Returns & Exchanges Policy
At ALKEVO, we believe that each piece represents more than just a product — it carries purpose, care, and excellence. Still, we understand that exchanges or returns may be necessary. That's why we’ve created a clear and respectful policy to guide you.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Return)
According to Brazilian consumer law (Art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code), you have up to 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving your order to request a return due to regret or withdrawal.

The product must be unused, with the internal label intact, and in perfect condition.

The refund will be issued after the item is received and inspected.

The return shipping cost will be covered by ALKEVO.
2. Exchanges for Size or Preference
As this is a limited collection, we cannot guarantee exchanges due to size or personal preference. However, such requests may be evaluated individually depending on stock availability.

If approved, the exchange will be processed upon:

Return of the original item in perfect condition.

Shipping costs (both ways) will be covered by the customer.

3. Items with Manufacturing Defects
If your item presents a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 calendar days of receipt.

We will send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund, as you prefer.

4. General Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

The item must be unworn, unwashed, odor-free, and unaltered.

Packaging and authenticity card (if included) must be returned with the product.

Items damaged through misuse or not meeting these criteria will not be accepted.
